The recommended height is approximately 8-10 cm above the seed sponges or a flowering plant. As the plant grows, make sure to regularly check if the lighting panel needs to be adjusted to a higher position.

How long does it take for a plant to sprout?

The growth rate of your plant will depend on the type of plant, lighting and temperature conditions. On average, the first signs of growth can be observed within 1–2 weeks, harvesting typically possible in about 3–4 weeks.

How often should the water in the system be changed?

It is recommended to change the water every 2–3 weeks to maintain an optimal balance of nutrients and prevent the growth of bacteria.
